BLOCK OF THE MONTH - PATCHWORK & QUILTING WORKSHOP
Learn the art of patchwork and quilting with our regular Block of the Month workshops. Each month the lovely Caroylyn will teach you a different quilt making block for you to create your very own sampler quilt. You will learn how to cut your fabric and construct your block and the 'quilt as you go' method. If you have ever wanted to learn to sew your own quilt then these are the workshops for you.

WHAT IS A FAT QUARTER?
A fat quarter is a piece of fabric that measures approximately 18 inches by 22 inches (45.5cm by 56cm in metric).
It is often used in quilting and available to buy from most fabric or craft stores.
Fat Quarters make possible to buy lots of different pieces of fabric which don’t cost too much, that are a usable size for lots of projects.
They are sometimes sold in bundles of coordinating fabrics.
